Today, Monday, July 29th is National Lasagna Day! We think its best to celebrate this day by eating lasagna! Lasagna is a favorite Italian dish made up of pasta, tomato sauce, cheeses and sometimes, sausage or hamburger. Noodles have been around for at least 4,000 years but we do know that “New World” food (pasta and tomato dishes like lasagna) have only been around the last 500 years. Break out your favorite recipe or go to our link and bake up a big pan of lasagna for your loved ones.
